Dreams are a window into the soul.
A student of Jungian psychology for the past thirty years, I lead weekly dream groups and have dream leader certification from the Haden Institute. I’d love to help your community start its own dream group, or you can inquire about joining an ongoing virtual group that I facilitate. I am also available for one-to-one dreamwork sessions.

"The sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light in the darkness of mere being."

Beginning with a primer on Jungian terminology, symbols, and archetypes, we then discuss the projective dreamwork method and mining associations for the symbols that appear in our dreams. After a fruitful night of dreaming, we meet again and work two dreams together.

I recommend your group read Joyce Rockwood Hudson's book, Natural Spirituality: A Handbook for Jungian Inner Work in Spiritual Community and Rev. Robert L. Haden, Jr.'s book, Unopened Letters from God.
Both can be acquired on Amazon.
These will give your group an excellent foundation for beginning your work together.
Of course, the support of a facilitator is always helpful, particularly as you get your group started. I would be happy to travel to you and present a two-day workshop. Contact me to inquire about availablilty and to schedule a seminar for your group.

Robert Hoss' Dreamscience.org is a wealth of information on all things dreaming. He provides a link to his "dream worksheet" that includes the "6 magic questions," a color questionaire, and some basic definitions of Jungian terms.
The Rose is a quarterly online periodical that publishes articles, poems, and artwork from dreamgroup participants from all over the country. roseintheworld.org
The Natural Spirituality Regional Gathering happens every February live on Zoom. For more information visit their website or social media pages.
If you are interested in becoming a spirtual director or receiving dream leader training, The Haden Institute, outside Asheville, NC, has programs for both. They also host the very popular Summer Dream and Spirituality Conference at the end of May every year, bringing in wonderful keynote speakers renowned in their fields. The conference is also an opportunity to bond with fellow seekers.
There are many wonderful books on dreaming and individuation, but two I'd recommend as a starting point are Joyce Rockwood Hudson's Natural Spirituality: A Handbook for Jungian Inner Work in Spiritual Community and Rev. Robert L. Haden Jr.'s Unopened Letters from God. Both are available on Amazon.
